Consulting service terms and conditions
1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules of cooperation with Gdynia Maritime Advisors, headquartered at 2 Polska Street in Gdynia. By using our consulting services in port operations and logistics, you accept the following rules. Our goal is clear and honest cooperation, without unnecessary formalities that needlessly slow down processes.
2. Scope of services
Gdynia Maritime Advisors specializes in optimizing port terminal work and managing risk in international cargo transport. Our support includes documentation audit, operational consulting, and cargo flow supervision. We do not offer services that go beyond our practical knowledge – if we feel a given problem requires the help of another specialist, we will simply tell you.
3. Client responsibilities
As our client, you undertake to provide us with complete and true information regarding your shipments or port processes. The quality of our advice depends directly on the reliability of the data we receive from you. We act as advisors, therefore final business decisions always belong to you.
4. Intellectual property
All studies, analyses, and procedure schemes that we prepare for your company are the property of Gdynia Maritime Advisors unless we agree otherwise in writing. You have the right to use them only within the framework of your own operational activity. Distributing our solutions to third parties without our consent is prohibited.
5. Liability
We know the realities of the port of Gdynia, but we cannot take responsibility for decisions of customs offices, terminal infrastructure state, or accidents at sea. We base our consulting on 15 years of experience, however, we do not guarantee the achievement of specific financial results, as logistics always carries risk independent of the advisor.
6. Termination of agreement
Either party may end cooperation with a 14-day notice period by submitting a statement in writing or by email. In situations of violating the rules or lack of payment, Gdynia Maritime Advisors reserves the right to immediately suspend consulting.
7. Governing law
In matters not regulated by these terms, provisions of Polish law apply. We will try to resolve all disputes amicably. However, if we fail to reach an agreement, the place of dispute resolution will be the court appropriate for the registered office of our company in Gdynia.
8. Contact
In case of questions regarding these terms, please contact us at +48 58 621 50 11 or by email at biuro@gdyniamaritime.pl. We respond quickly, concretely, and without corporate cliches.
